I Visit My Girlfriend At This Apartment Complex, Where She Has Lived For Slightly Over Two Years. She Chose Not To Make A Public Post To Warn Others, So I Will. There Have Been Ongoing Issues With Customer Service And Ignored Maintenance Requests. I Have Personally Fixed Multiple Problems Because Maintenance Claimed They Addressed Them When They Clearly Did Not. My Girlfriend Has Spoken With Another Tenant Who Has Experienced The Exact Same Thing — Multiple Requests For The Same Problem, Followed By The Front Office Blaming The Tenant Instead Of Taking Accountability. My Girlfriend Has Also Been Blamed For Maintenance Errors That Were Not Her Fault. I had a very disappointing experience with a representative named Brittney. She called me to inform me about an upcoming available unit, and while I told her I was interested, I also mentioned that I was at work and would need to call back. Instead of respecting that, she continued the conversation, which came off as rude and inconsiderate of my time. I then asked if she could send the information to my email so I could review it later, but she repeatedly told me that “everything is online.” If that’s the case, it should still be no problem to send an email when a potential resident requests one. Been here about 4 months. I love my place and for most my neighbors are all so nice. The maintenance are amazing and always have my requests fix the same day or tge next day which means a lot. However the kids run wild and are all over people's cars, hanging on the carport, and leaving their trash on the grass. The kids throw a football and are constantly hitting my front door. I feel i have to sit and watch my car when they are out by my door. I really love it here so what can be done? Thank you
