I began to grow my Used Pianos Reseller business in 2019. As my inventory grew I found the perfect starter location in a commercial space at a good location in Lyons Colorado. As my celebrity, "The Piano Man", grew my business has too. I Knew, I needed the perfect location to expand my operations before exploding into State wide recognition, soon to come. My Crexi Customer Service rep Courtney was very good. She walked me thru several platforms on the site and made herself available to fit my schedule. Loved that she was timely with her response and showing up for our teams video chat.

Crexi has made life much easier for research and development as the published information is detailed and accurate. The platform is user friendly and the customer service is unmatched. I put a call in to my Customer Success Manager, Leah, for some help and to offer advice to make the platform a little more user friendly. Stay away! I have had a terrible experience with Crexi. I never got any results and was forced to stay for a 2nd year with an "automatic renewal." All the rep cared about was the fact that I had an automatic commitment. Best advice is to simply stay away!
