Crestview Apartments

My mom has lived there for three years and has had bed bugs and many other problems that hey don’t want to fix. All while still raising her rent. Slum lords.

I'd give zero stars if I could. These apartments are cheap until your rent gets raised $50-$100 every year. The crime here is insane, the landlord doesn't filter tenants, and all types of bugs are a constant problem. They have a hard time keeping maintenance people that will stay. Unless you have no other options it's best to avoid this place. If you move here, lock your doors and keep them locked. If you order Amazon a lot, your packages end up stolen unless you're right there at the door.

There is a huge roach problem out here and there not doing any thing about it. Quiet. maintenance is super nice but sometimes they take a min to properly fix things they like to rig things so they work

Landlord is very fair and good to his tenants and believes in second chances I never had an issue with this landlord !!!!!!!

Needs to be sprayed...has roaches...needs addressed immediately otherwise structure is sound in and out of the person I was seeing
