Crestridge Apartments

After our son graduated from UTK and secured a job in Knoxville, we had to find more reasonably priced housing for him. As parents located several hours away, we wanted a safe, clean location for our young adult. We researched for many hours and Crestridge made our short list. Cindy and her staff took the time to answer all our questions and made the move in process seamless! Our son has now been there for four months and absolutely loves the location and his apartment. The minor issues he has had, like a clogged drain, were promptly addressed by Mac. Many complexes and management companies will tell you anything and promise you everything to get you to sign a lease but then do not take care of their residents. I couldn’t be happier here at Crestridge. It was my first apartment as I moved to Knoxville for graduate school and I’m so grateful to have found this place. The units are spacious, nice, and well kept. They have renovated recently as well, all of the amenities such as the gym and pool are very nice. Cindy, the manager, is amazing. She is so friendly and helpful with any of your questions or needs. She helped make my move in seamless and has been a great help beyond that as well. Mac is the best if you ever have any maintenance needs. He is very fast with anything that may arise and couldn’t be nicer. I absolutely love it here and I would recommend it to anyone!

Love living here! After searching through several apartments in different parts of Knoxville, Crestridge was my last stop and thankfully, it was the best one of them all. I’ve lived here since August 2022 and have no complaints at all about this place. Management is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is also super friendly always on top of things. If you have an issue, trust that Mac has you covered. Love that it’s located on top of the hill so it’s a safe area. I also like that the mail room and trash chutes are located in the building so on bad weather days you don’t have to go out! Love that there’s an elevator - it makes moving big furniture so much easier! There’s plenty of parking space for residents! My favorite amenity is the dog park! We love living here! It is a pretty quiet building with friendly neighbors and we absolutely love Mac and Cindy!! My husky Kai is obsessed with Mac. Very animal friendly as well as my studio apartment has been super amazing for us ♥️♥️♥️

I have been to so many places in USA and I must admit so far I have awesome experience with Crestridge Apartment. Very Well Maintained apartment and quite neighborhood. The location is great and surrounded with plenty of restaurants and nature. Leasing office has been always helpful and courteous.No issues with work orders.Thanks to Linda and Mac for always cheerful and answering all questions. My special thanks to Cindy for being helpful from day one and kind with all the queries. Very Professional team.
