Crestone Apartments

Hi, I've been a tenant here for over a year. I have never seen anyone like homeless people on property. Whoever uploaded those pictures have not lived here for a long time. lol... There is a sweet couple and kids that live there now. Anyway, I do live near the dumpsters and people illegally dump their crap out here all the time. It's sometimes the tenant's that move out that do it too. This isn't management's fault. Maria is both incredible and determined. Whenever we have issues, she's always on top of things. I'm a grown adult, I know things take time. Blaiming managment or maintenance is what everyone does when they don't have anyone esle to blame but themselves. Please don't let the reveiw of someone that was evicted and is now sour make your decision for you. Come see the apartments

I wanted to say that our new manager and maintenance crew are amazing. I've never had an issue while living here. My credit isn't the best, but maria was willing to work with me. I was living in a motel before she helped me find a place to call my own. Thank you Maria.

This place is more like living in a shopping center than an apartment. There’s a labor ready office in apt 118. Brighton’s hottest new nightclub “el Diablo” is located in apt 119. There’s a homeless man who sleeps on the furniture that gets dumped near the dumpsters. The manager is useless. She comments on these reviews that she can’t find a lease for them, that’s because she has no idea who is living in the apartments and which ones are being used for business purposes. I don’t think the laundry rooms have been cleaned since the late 1990s. The people running the nightclub would double park their cars so they could have the parking spots they want. She keyed my car when I parked in the spot she apparently wanted. After my personal property was damaged and management didn’t care about it i

I came across this place after going through my mom's old address book holy molly it's been many many years since I lived here. Actually can't believe these old buildings are still being used for living quarters but hopefully the structure is as good as the makeup 😁

Move in process was very fast, Maria was extremely helpful during a stressful time. It's a nice place, slowly but surely making it feel like home again.
