Crested Butte Mountain Resort Properties

1. Wrong property address given. 2. directions not given in where/ how check in - you have to check in at the Lodge which is an entirely different property, on a different street - no address given. 3. The place was dumpy. Looked very different from photos. Kitchen had orange countertops, unchanged since the 60s, which photos were angled not to show. Same with bathroom. My first college apartment had better furniture. 4. Hot tub closed up, unappealing, with no instructions given in how to use it. Located next to an ugly street and wood wall. 5. Fireplace was “condemned” - I chose this place over a hotel bc of it having a fireplace- which we couldn’t use. Very disappointing property.
