Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management

We rented a condo at Mountain Edge managed by this company over New Year’s. The condo was great, lots of room, cozy fireplace, and within walking distance to the lifts. I don’t usually write reviews but the service provided deserves 5 stars and here’s why: I left behind my favorite hat in the condo and hadn’t realized it until days later after we left. They had the maids look for the hat, found it and sent it back to me. Truly 5 star service. It would have been easier to just say “Sorry we didn’t find it,” but they didn’t do that. I’d recommend using Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management if planing a trip to Crested Butte.

Have stayed multiple times with CBL- Summer and Winter. All great stays. I love that they have properties all over the mountain, so I've gotten to try out different locations each visit. Grand Lodge is nicely located at the base area- same with Axtel. They are perfect for lift access and town shuttle access. I think people don't realize that most condos there don't have elevators or air conditioning. Well Grand Lodge and Wood Creek have elevators and in the Summer they do have A/C- it's called opening a window! Last time I stayed at their Three Seasons property- great value for price. The condo we were in didn't have a wine opener when we got there but we called down and they got us one right away- thanks for that :)

Room 174. Right on hall way to main lobby. Very noisy at all hours of morning and night. Bed is terrible; Soft with obvious loss of support. Sheets were small for the bed; resulting in sheets bunching and poor sleep. Company never called to check if all was okay, only had one coffee pouch, lacking in kitchen utensils and cook wear to enjoy cooking. Room was okay. Not as well decorated and or comfortable as previous Apts we've stayed in. Don't recommend this room. As usual Grand Lodge staff was helpful in every way.

Good bus access, nice hot tub decent layout. The hot tub and pool are a short walk outside and can be brisk and the building is older but still nicely maintained. All in all good.

CB Lodging did a great job handling my family during our wedding in Crested Butte! They had such a great selection of condos to choose from and the service is unmatched!
