I’ve bought a few houses in my time and although the process keeps getting more complex, Alex made it simple with a good outline of what needed to be done and very helpful timeline to go with . it. Then she updated that regularly and kept us on track accomplishing those things. She also has a good local network of specialists, inspectors, surveyors, etc. which was tremendously helpful. She was with us all the way through from offer to closing with excellent advise when we needed it along the way (and we did need it!).
