He’s courteous and very responsive to this community’s needs and can still maintain professional in his position as well a pleasant person to work with. I’ve worked in forensic construction management for 15 years and was a HOA Board President for 4 years before going back to renting an apartment. I’ve seen him working through this transmission of managemet and he continues to amaze me as to how well he performs. MJ Parke. River Birch Apartments - I have always had a positive experience working with Rachel and Virg. My newly updated apartment has plenty, if not extra storage. The view from the courtyard is always enjoyable year-round. Maintenance is always friendly, and I love using my mobile app for the washer and dryers.

I’ve been here going on 3 years the property is well managed and maintenance is amazing! Very easy to get things taken care of right away and there is always someone to speak with in the office if any concerns. The tenants are nice and cleans up behind their animals which is great as well. I love it here!

I’m currently renting in you all Evergreen Park area…I’m going into year 2 of being a tenant with you all and I have to admit your management isn’t the best at all. You all do not answer calls, do not respond to text and state on your office door that an appointment is needed…so I’m guessing that means no walk ins. Anywho my main issue is the fact that you all constantly turn my heat off if my rent is paid after the 1st, however, it’s always before the 5th of the month. I’m so confused how this is even allowed. This isn’t the 1st time but now I’m furious that you all treat your tenants with this ridiculous care. I have never experienced this type of treatment as a renter it’s literally the heart of winter and yet again I come home after working 16hrs to a freezing cold unit. Not to mention

They can not fix an elevator for almost 3 months in 5107 Washington St Downers Grove, that pathetic considering how much they charge for those apts. Either let ppl leave your premises before the contract ends or do a discount otherwise you guys are just scammers
