Crest at Las Colinas Station

I recently moved into my apartment, and I cannot say enough great things about Demetrice. She was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making my transition into my new home a positive experience. Demetrice was always responsive, patient, and attentive to any questions or concerns I had. She made sure everything was handled efficiently and took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and informed. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond truly set her apart. Overall 5/10, not the best but also not the worst. Positives: - Great location, lower rent compared to nearby options - Maintenance is great, very quick and helpful Negatives: - There is an outdoor gun range very close to the apartment, the gunshots can be heard from inside the units. Makes working from home pretty difficult. Additionally, the range opens at 9am on the weekend - All the A/C units for the building are located on the roof, directly above units. As a result, there is a frequent loud mechanical droning noise in certain top floor units - Internet issues, slow speeds

I’ve been waiting for months for them to fix this machine, but they never do, and I can’t use it. When will they be able to fix it? Unfortunately, it has been more than a year like this, and now in 2026 it has never been fixed. Additionally, I want to file a complaint about apartment 544. All of us neighbors have complained about the excessive noise and constant banging on the walls. I can clearly see that this person does not work and provides various services during the day, night, and early morning hours. It is terrible — throughout the entire hallway you can hear loud noises, screaming, and banging. It is nasty.

Cameron gave an amazing tour of the Crest at Las Colinas. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. The property is beautiful, and he answered every question with patience and detail. Highly recommend touring with him!

I would rate Crest at Las Colinas station apartments a 9/10 considering all livability factors. New, conditioned and modern apartments, well maintained amenities/ common areas, safe neighborhood, convenient location, pet friendly, accessible, proximity to public transportation and convenience stores, polite and approachable staff, peaceful neighbors and overall a great place to live! The only thing I would suggest them to do is increase the frequency of the social events and probably refurbish the pool table and cues! I am definitely looking to renew my lease next year, and I would recommend any potential tenant reading this testimonial to rent an apartment here. Thank you Draper and Kramer for a wonderful living experience!
