Cresson Hill Apartments

My experience with this apartment complex was very disappointing. I was fully approved for an apartment, and during the final steps, I was asked whether I had any pets. I explained that I have an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and provided all of the required legal documentation. Despite this, the landlord refused to accept my ESA paperwork and stated that he does not allow my specific breed on the property. This decision not only violates Fair Housing and ESA laws but also wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress after being approved. Emotional Support Animals are protected under federal law, and denying housing based on breed restrictions is discriminatory. I hope Cresson Hill’s management and staff in the office takes the time to educate themselves on ESA rights and federal housing

If I could give zero stars, I would. The leasing office at Cresson Hill is a nightmare — unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for their actions. Lisa F promised me my original pay stubs would be returned after my application. Instead, the business office shredded them the very same day we were denied — without warning, without permission, and without so much as a phone call. When I came to pick them up, Lisa lied straight to my face and claimed I said I “didn’t need them back.” Absolutely not. When I dropped them off, I explicitly expressed concern about handing over originals. She reassured me it was fine and told me I could “always pick them up later.” If she couldn’t 100% guarantee that, she should have made copies right then and there, period. Th

I live in Cresson Hill Apartments. It’s the best move I could have made for myself. But what I want everyone to know who might consider renting here is, besides living in luxury, our maintenance department is, hands down, the BEST!!. Johnny and Kyle are amazing. They’ve never disappointed me when fixing something I’ve called about. They’re kind, warm and very caring about keeping everything looking nice and working properly. Above all, they love their jobs and it shows! I also love living here. The apartments are absolutely beautiful. Everything is new and shiny and if you’re concerned about safety, look no further, this place is very safe. I’ve already told my family they’ll have to carry me out before I leave this place.

My uncle and I was scheduled to do a tour today at 11am. Received a call at 10:45 am indicating that the tour was cancelled. Mind you, we were almost at the property. I was told that the apt has been rented out . Okay, so you just found out 15 minutes before the showing ??? We took the day off of work to do this tour !!!! A few days ago we scheduled a tour for the apartment rental complex called "The Glades at Evergreen" , located in Mays landing NJ. They actually had a staged apartment to tour. My advice for Crescent Hill, would be to have a staged apartment to view . It isn't fair for a prospective renter , to take the day off of work, anticipating a tour and get a call from someone who sounded like she could care less about how inconvenienced we were. We lived at cresson hill for 2 years. It was a great experience. Apartments were gorgeous and very spacey. Margie, Joe, and Louis are great and work hard to keep the community running while being understaffed. We have a dog and had no problem getting our full deposit back as we kept the apartment clean as you should. I would still be living here if we didn’t buy. Fairly priced overall good experience.
