I recently worked with Tinishia Gooden and Julia Benjamin on behalf of clients looking for a new home. Their communication was great and responsiveness impeccable. Their level of professionalism and cooperation was a major factor in completing the sale.

This Company is a Fraud Company, They do Garbage Construction give to Third party Cheap Construction to Save money and buyers Cry for rest of their life. I purchased my home 8 Months ago and after first Snow Driveway became Disaster, Cracks all over, Cement coming off from everywhere. Now it's look like garbage. They refused to take any responsibility and Saying it's not covered under warranty. When we went to purchasing the house they gave us all good words and told us Concrete have 6 years of warranty. They lie to customers and comit fraud. Never purchase a home from this Dishonest Third Grade Construction builder Thanks

Aside from her professionalism, she has a great personality and was very attentive to all of our needs.
