I moved here a year ago everything was ok until now. I don't ask for much I keep my apartment clean and neat. When I first moved in I never gotten anything new in my apartment. All I ask for is new blinds and I got water coming from my sink when turning the water on I also had problems with my neighbor I will be looking to move soon I don't like it probably will never move to another low income apartment again it's not worth it only thing is cheaper is utilities bill Good luck moving here

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Worst experience renting ever. My experience started with lies, noisy neighbors, bugs and has only been horrible for the past two years. Example: I’ve been waiting to hear back about when my clogged toilet with feces and urine in it will be fixed and it’s been a week! They won’t even return my phone call! I spoke with someone 3 days ago who told me they would be out that day or early the next morning but no one ever came. My apartment is beginning to smell like a toilet. Because I have a second toilet this is not looked at as an emergency but I have waited MONTHS to have things fixed, that according to my lease were apart of my landlord’s responsibility to keep up with, so I don’t have much hope it will be fixed soon. You can’t get a live person when you call, only a voic

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. My AC unit hasn’t been working properly for 2 months now. I call the office with no response. I try to go in person but no one is there. My utility bill just keeps increasing and no one is doing anything to fix it. Clearly going against the lease agreement it’s ridiculous. Definitely looking to move ASAP

the yns will walk you down if u look at them wrong, don't recommend.

I gave they 30 days to move out she said I didn't have paid rent they talked about kick me out don't move there people mess with your Cars nebrhood nasty people mess with you and she didn't do anything about it don't wont to fix anything
