Amazing! I’ve had a great experience with this apartment complex. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever something comes up. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, which really makes it feel like home. The amenities are excellent and well cared for, adding so much convenience and enjoyment to everyday living. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming community.

Gorgeous, well-maintained apartments, grounds and responsive staff! Love the pool over the lake, the gym and how clean everything is. Great gated community and well worth the price! So happy to live here!!! And, so close to everything.

This is beyond sad. So my family and I lost our home unexpectedly in December and currently living with family over a hour 1/2 away due to work which we drive 6days a week.. we are searching for a new place to call home. We had applied at this property & something told me to pass on it. Well this morning we got to Knoxville around 7:30 & wanted to close our eyes for maybe 15-20’min. Well not even 10’min of sitting in a parking space bothering no one, the “Property manager” knocks abruptly hard on my window and says “you can’t sleep here” …. She told me to “meet my little friend (my fiance)” down there (in another parking lot) and pointed as if I was just disturbing the peace especially when we’ve parked there multiple times for work in awareness with the owner. This lady gave me evil vibe

I really enjoy living here. It's quiet, smoke free and clean. The lake walking path is a nice bonus.

Office staff are unfriendly and not helpful at all if you go to them with an issue. Building maintenance is poor. Stairwell full of spider webs and dirty. Hallways not much better. Yes, beautiful setting but goose poop makes it a challenge to walk around the pond. Can't wait for lease to expire.
