Crescent at Chevy Chase

We moved into Crescent at Chevy Chase in July and have had a wonderful experience so far. The management team is amazing, responsive, professional, and truly invested in making residents feel at home. The amenities are top notch and really add to the quality of life here. It is also incredibly quiet, which makes it such a peaceful place to live. On top of that, the community itself is warm and welcoming. We are so glad we chose Crescent at Chevy Chase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I've really enjoyed living in this small, quiet community in the North Chevy Chase area. It's in a great location—close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences. The apartment units are spacious, modern, and well-maintained everything feels new and thoughtfully designed. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

I have lived in this building for over a year now and can truly say, it’s the best! I love my spacious 1bedroom apartment. I regularly work from home and feel like I have a ton of space. The staff is attentive, responsive and helpful with anything I need! All of my maintenance requests (only 2 in 12 months) have been handled quickly and efficiently and in less than 24 hours. I love living at Crescent and hope to continue living here for years to come!

I toured this property with Connor recently. While I haven't made a final decision on where I'll lease yet, I have to say Connor and the management team here are some of the most genuine and helpful people you'll come across in the leasing business. You can tell they care a lot about this place and deliver more personalized service to their tenants compared to other complexes. While touring we ran into another tenant who was raving about the complex and the service they provide. You can tell Conor is invested in the experience of all the tenants and gets to know them on a personal level. I happened to meet the owner as well and he was very welcoming (cracking jokes). If you're in the area I highly recommend checking them out. Very nice size units and clean building as well.

We are incredibly grateful to the owners of Crescent for welcoming our community youth group with open arms. The space is absolutely beautiful, and the hospitality we received made our experience truly memorable. Thank you for your kindness and generosity! We are so thrilled to have discovered this new gem in Chevy Chase! As a side note, I have visited many buildings in our area as part of my work in the community, and I can confidently say this place is impeccably clean and incredibly well-managed!
