Crenshaw One Apartments

I'm writing on behalf of my dad Mr. George A. Smith Sr. My dad resided at this complex from 1999 until October 2021 when it became challenging for him to live alone. In all of those years, I'd never heard him complain about anything. He absolutely loved his place and it was central to all of his needs, church, friends, food, and family. The on site manager, Ms. Lorin King is the epitome of hospitality. She always made me feel comfortable whenever I came to visit my father. She is a very hands on manager and stays on top of problems as they arise. She made the transition of me moving my dad out very seamless and I appreciate that. The complex itself has a sense of community where the residents take pride in their surroundings. Everyone seems to know each other and demonstrates care

I’ve been living here a little over a year, the manager Ms. Lorin is awesome! She cares about her tenants and always makes sure to check in to ask and make sure everything is going well inside the unit and if there’s any problems she is always on top of handling it. The neighbors in the complex are friendly and respectful.

Hello, I just spoke with Ms. Lorin King... Not only is she courteous, well-spoken, and helpful but she is truly friendly. She answered all my concerns regarding availability and budget. I have driven by this building for years and it is nice to know that the Site Manger is as nice as the building looks!

The property overall is always kept clean. I have been here for four years. I am Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me. And the land lord is absolutely amazing.

I am there on a regular basis I have a friend who lives there she's been there over 20 years is a very nice place from what I see on the outside to live it's quiet mostly older people everyone knows everyone the manager is awesome if possible I would like a apartment there but it seems like once people move in they don't move out
