Creekwood Court Apartments

Apartment complex is very sketchy and the grounds are never maintained. Smells like weed 24/7 and there’s people smoking cigarettes right outside their balcony/porch despite a 15ft rule enforced. People living out their garages, kids running through the streets without supervision, cars being tampered with etc. Neighbors aren’t very friendly and it’s just an odd atmosphere overall. Wouldn’t recommend.

Coming from another apartment complex this place is a way more relaxed setting in every single way. Tucked away in between a couple neighborhoods so its nice and quiet with very little traffic! All of my neighbors are pretty quiet and the property manager Bobbi is super nice and easy to talk to as well, shes always one call away if we need anything at all which is also super nice! Rent is super reasonable and the apartment comes with an in unit washer dryer as well as dishwasher. Nice updated features like the faucets and sinks, energy efficient lights, and windows with great insulation, also each room has its own heat controls which is pretty neat. Honestly I haven't had one single issue with this whole experience and would reccommend them to any one of my friends or family. 😎👍
