Creekview Village

My daughter and two grandchildren were strung along for months by the administration stating she had the apartment. They reviewed her application and was repeatedly told that there was no reason it wouldn’t go through. When asked why it was taking so long they told her it was being repaired due to the previous tenants. At this point they only had two weeks before they were homeless. Then she received a denial due to an error on the employment hours entry for her Fiancé. They would not let them remedy the error and instead just shrugged their shoulders. Poor business management doing a horrible disservice to a young family struggling who are working hard to better themselves. This put them in a dangerous situation scrambling to find a place.

I have lived here since 2020 and have enjoyed securing in place here throughout the pandemic. My only obstacle is the stairs, it would be great to have an elevator. Carrying groceries up and trash down can be difficult. No doorbell can be easily fixed with a stick on one from Amazon. The two large bedrooms and bathrooms make the apartment spacious. The living room and dinning areas are beautifully designed. I truly like interacting with Brianna and Dave as they are always in a helpful mood.

This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Creekview Village requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.
