Creekview Apartments

I've lived here from 2019- until present maintenance is awesome. Anytime I need something. They're here to fix it. Whether I make an appointment with them, they're here to fix it the next day. Allie is the most wonderful landlord you'll ever have. She's firmly outgoing and she always has a smile on her face and she's very friendly and anytime you need help she makes sure she gets it done. Kate is our new secretary that helps out. Allie she is awesome! Very friendly. Her laugh is contagious I love living here. Everybody is so friendly I've had no problems adjusting when I first moved here it's probably one of the best places to live when it comes to apartment complexes and I lived in some pretty nasty apartment complexes where maintenance or landlords were pretty nice. I lived here for a year and a half and it was the worst experience I ever had. The first problem I had was when they didn’t tell us that our heat and ac didn’t work until after we had signed our lease and guy was showing us our apartment. Then the downstairs neighbors we had were harassing us. I have two small children who were doing what kids do playing and being loud. Then my neighbors started writing notes on my door regarding my children being loud (my kids would play during the day and would be in bed by 8pm). Then Karen started harassing me by calling me and telling me my neighbors downstairs were complaining about my children. So I just left it alone. The Creek view apartments are in kannadegua, New York. They're good apartments to live in. The staff is nice and helpful. They're expanding the place to build more apartments. You should come by and ask them questions. I think you'll like it here too.

I stayed at this complex from 2020-2022 and though I had to leave due to a job change, I truly enjoyed my apartment. I waited on the list for a year because it was the only affordable place for a single mom like myself, that actually looked NICE and new. Love love loved the location, right next to all the key grocery stores and the lake. Enjoyed the fact that there was a playground for the kids, parking lots, nearby dumpster (at least for my building), an ac/heater system in each room with it's own control (very cool), and the windowsills are lower so even my 3yr old could sit on it to look out the window. It’s not a bad place to live unless you have to deal with the office. My family and I often feel like a burden when I call and complain about a problem based on the attitude of the ladies in the office. Problems are often overlooked and not dealt with accordingly. They say they get so many complaints but instead of taking care of issues properly they treat their paying tenants like trash or they ask the tenants to deal with it themselves. If you call and address being treated a certain way, be prepared for them to saw they get too many complaints and are sick of hearing about them. The floors/ceilings are really thin so if you have a downstairs apartment expect to hear a lot of noise. If the noise turns to stomping at all hours of the night be expected to hear “we can’t control walking” fr
