Creekside Village Senior Apartments

The company that manages this facility/property, (or did manage it) has refused to pay the $1400 owed for the pool service we provided them over a year ago. They claimed the property was sold to another management company and so I contacted that company. I was asked to email a copy of our business license along with other info and so I did,,,then I waited and waited but got no response. They have not returned my emails or phones call and we never got paid. If they would like to call our office I will stop blasting them on social media for NOT PAYING THEIR VENDORS.

This wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had… it was the best!! If I could give it 10 stars I would!! The workers are so sweet and so polite and hardworking!! Need something? They got it! Have a problem with anything in the apartment? It’s been handled yesterday type fast! If I’m gonna be honest here, my family and I aren’t planning on going anywhere. Stop by and check it out because it’s definitely worth it❤️

Moved my aunt in not too long ago. We were skeptical at first but we needed to find a place quickly. We took a chance and had a few issues with old management however my aunt has expressed that with the recent management change, there have been a lot of improvements and she is happy to be here!

I just moved in and the manager and assistant mangers handled the process so professionally and thoroughly. They were patient, informative, and overall courteous every step of the way. They answered all my questions, responded quickly to anything that needed to be done to make my apartment comfortable and to my liking. They have wonderful maintenance personnel that are right on top of things and very helpful. I met with a wonderful social worker from LifeSteps that works there a few days a week who also has offered her assistance to help me with things I need to get situated. I feel confident that this management is going to make my stay here very pleasant and provide me that sense of comfort and safety. Thank you so very much!!
