Creekside Village II Apartments

Apartments are nice but management is worthless. Christine is slow moving on everything and couldn't care less about tenants. I would give zero stars if I could.

My mom loves her apartment but management is HORRIBLE! Nobody’s ever in the office and it takes forever to get things taken care of. My mom’s heat is currently out and it’s snowing outside and going to be below freezing this week. They have no emergency number to call. Luckily we brought her to my house but we’ll see if her pipes freeze up these next few days with no heat in the apartment.

This appeared to be an ideal location for my father. But the manager, Christine, constantly came up with reasons why he couldn't move in "just yet." This went on for over a month. First it needed a new refrigerator that had been on backorder for months. Next the maintenance man needed to do some work. Then the maintenance man was in a car wreck and would be gone for two weeks. The final straw was his credit report. From day one I told her that my father didn't have any credit rating. She said was not a problem. Then after all of these delays, she refused to let him move in because he didn't have a credit score. I don't know what reason she had for stringing us along like that but something shady seems to be going on.

The apartments are okay but the management is very poor. It is extremely difficult to get maintenance done, contact with manager is difficult and most of the time there is no return call after leaving a message.

Very nice apartments. Clean grounds. Friendly people. Pool was clean.
