***(Updated!!) If i could give a Zero star review i would. Our apartment flooded with sewage (After putting in 2 maintenance requests saying the water level was getting higher and higher and that i was scared it would overflow), and the office people proceeded to blame it on us for not cleaning the OVERFLOWING SEWAGE (Which is a biohazard.) and refused to offer us any help with a temporary living space that wasn’t contaminated, and even refused to get it professionally cleaned. When we asked if they could hire someone to properly clean the biohazard they asked us if we had hired anyone!!! That’s not our responsibility to clean a BIOHAZARD! The sewage flooded all the way into our living room and even outside onto our patio, ruined furniture and soaked into the floor and despite visible warp

The office staff is nice , maintenance really try their best to take care of request in a timely manner. There’s been some new changes but over all it’s not a bad property. Every property has their goods and bad.

Oh god where do I even begin. The first day we stayed here our neighbor that we share a wall with shot a gun at his roommates and the swat team had to show up. It has somehow only gotten worse since then. The pool is never open, and when it is, people that don’t live here show up with guns and literally take it over like some kind of mafia. The ceiling above the showers in every unit I have seen are molded and rotting away because of moisture from improperly installed air conditioning ducts, not to mention the AC can’t even slightly keep the apartment cool. A few ceilings have completely collapsed because of the moisture. When I asked them to fix it they literally just put plaster over it to hide it right in front of me. This place is a joke!! I’ve stayed here for about a year and a few months. Hot water constantly getting shut off at one point no hot water for 5 days during the winter and snow. If you like cold showers this is the place for you! Anytime you have a maintenance request trust me you’ll be calling a couple of times because nobody was sent to fix whatever it is. The rent system is a joke. One month it’s our normal 1090 rent then for the next 3 months it’s like 995. So we get billed randomly one month rent is 1300 that’s happened a couple times. Then there like no we need that now it’s due. Ever since we stayed here the gym is crap nothing works the pools have never been up. Anytime you call the office for anything them ladies just seem so confused and lost. Don’t stay here even if you are desp
