Any maintenance issues were always addressed promptly, and communication was clear and respectful throughout my tenancy. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and in a great location. It’s rare to find landlords who are this reliable and considerate. I truly appreciated the peace of mind they provided. Highly recommend!

I want to thank Mr. Creech and his staff for being such genuine and kind people! They were there quickly when I needed them. He always has available listings at extremely reasonable prices and also accepts rental assistance! Mr. Creech went out on a limb for me and my family with me being young and with not much history, we made it a great year! I loved my home! And just as we started in great terms, we ended in them as well. I’ll always be appreciative of all you did for us!

Great place to rent . Mr.Creech is very attentive and really cares his tenants. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the worse i mean worse rental company Ive ever rent from first thing is the rent is to high for this peice of crap house they wont even replace our septic tank that over flows and our floor are starting to fall in and all we asked for is to lower the rent and they wouldn’t even do that I would recommend to NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!

Just absolutely the best land lord!!! Been here for years, as a business owner it makes things so much easier when you can rely on good things from landlords. He comes when I call & home was very clean!!! 10/10
