Crashing Wave Rentals

I think it is nice to rent from a more direct source than just doing Airbnb, or VRBO. Finding this resource was awesome. Communication from start to finish was very good. I stayed in one of the units at Ocean Reef. For some reason, Ocean Reef is always really crowded lately, which kind of kills the laid-back vibe. Unit was what I expected. It was noisy around not because of the unit but because of the guest that visit Ocean Reef now. Brad and his team are excellent. I noticed they also have properties at Beach Cove, and the Caravelle, Seawatch and other less busy establishments. I'll probably try them next. I like to kick back when going on vacation. We booked through vrbo the view was amazing the condo was at bay watch resort! My complaints were the patio furniture on the balcony it could use a upgrade and the water pressure and hot water was not good fix those things and it’s a great place to stay romm 1522 those are our issues with our vacation

We stayed at a Beach Cove Resort room and had a wonderful trip! Would give 5 stars, but the room wasn't as clean as it should've been for professional cleaning services. The room was as advertised and perfect for our family of 4. The resort amenities were excellent...pools, lazy river, hot tub, bar/restaurant all have a great atmosphere and the beach is steps away! We will be booking again with this group! Thank you!

Absolutely would not recommend. We spent over $1,000 on this Airbnb expecting a clean, comfortable stay—and were completely let down. The dishes were greasy with green residue, the dresser runner was stained, and the entire space felt unsanitized. The couch looked filthy, and even basic things like the TV remote and ceiling fan weren’t working. When we politely brought up the concerns, the host got incredibly defensive. Instead of taking accountability, he sarcastically said, “If you would prefer I can triple the cleaning fee…” and guilt-tripped us with, “I am happy to get out of bed with my wife in the middle of the night on our anniversary to make certain that you are comfortable.” Totally unprofessional and bizarre behavior for someone hosting paying guests. Do not…I repeat do NOT EVER use this company. I traveled from CA to Myrtle Beach alone for a wedding and Brad cancelled my reservation 2 hours before check in. And he did this through a text. I called lovely Brad and the only thing he could say is “these things happen”. He claimed that he no longer managed that property and just realized it. I explained I was sitting at the property and had a rehearsal dinner to get ready for and he did not offer to help and never apologized. Brad is rude, unprofessional and useless. DO NOT USE HIM!!!
