Crabtree Crossing Apartments and Townhomes

I struggled with putting this review on here but do not under any circumstances believe anything the front office says they will take your money in terms of application fees for us $140 which is alot for me right now. They tell you to put someone down as a roommate and then deny your application even after they told you to do it in terms of consigning . They deny your application and then they call you and tell you that they reviewed it when in reality it goes to their management office and he approves or denies it. They had even Called and told me that I was approved then they called me and told me that I did not have any employment when it had already been verified by them she quickly tried to end the call saying she made a mistake and would get back to me . Nice and quiet community. Didn’t even move stuff in & I saw bugs already. Try not to move near the wood line or you will see centipedes, spiders, roaches and all other assorted bugs in your place. Office staff is nice. Unsure if it was mold in the place but my son broke out in hives randomly. Found bugs randomly coming out of the opening at the bottoms of the walls and into my son’s closet. Roach ran across my foot one time in the middle of the night. Kept the place very clean but still would come home to dead centipedes & roaches in the bathroom. Also a lizard somehow got into the place through the bottom of the wall. Gave a 2/5 due to the office staff being as accommodating as possible when issues arose. Dont think it’s the office staff or anyone’s fault, place is just old and infested

Safe place to live. No big complaints. Townhomes are older but remodeled. Get location. They could use a second trash compactor.

One of the non humanitarian experience, our auto payment didn’t kicked in and asked for one time exception for late fee but they didn’t agreed. Usually other communities allow it once but this is worst i have seen

I wanted to thank The Crabtree office staff and maintenance crew for always doing a great job!! I know you guys have a lot to do and worked really hard to get things done in the timely fashion. Also sending a special shout out to Kevin, Tricia and Chris for making our stay here wonderful!!
