We rented with CPM for a little over a year and our experience was great! We loved the townhouse very much, it was a great location and great pricing! It’s unfortunate to see so many negative reviews because we had a great experience with CPM. We had a situation where we had to break our lease and I felt they were extremely fair throughout the process. We had professional cleaners clean prior to moving out and were able to get our full deposit back. Angela was so helpful and always available to help. Thank you CPM for a great experience.

Now that I am out of Ashland for good and never have to rely on this monopoly again, I finally feel comfortable writing a review. This company is overpriced, unprofessional, and tried to cheat me and my roommate out of our money on multiple occasions. Students who rent from CPM: be prepared to fight to keep your deposit. They will try to take advantage of you, especially if it is your first time renting. After receiving less than one third of our initial deposit, we asked for an itemized list and were subsequently refunded. If you look young or inexperienced, the people at the Ashland office are very dismissive of you. Thankfully my roommate did not take no for an answer, and would call them everyday for weeks in order to get something done (which I'm sure was very annoying). They accused
