CPM has always been supportive of moves and helped me to find a home very fast when I was homeless. They are on top of repairs and I would recommend them to anyone. Melony and James are amazing to work with and are very kind and outstanding.

I wanted to say how much I appreciate the work that Melanie does at the Grants Pass Office. I have lived at my rented, now CPM managed, house for 18 years. She has been awesome in responding to maintenance, rent, and other issues that has made it a much more pleasant experience to live here. I am 73yo, retired and ill. I really can't thank her enough.

They said that they have no application on file or the $55 i gave them to run my application. Or the message they left on my phone stating that I was approved. They never followed up with a rental agreement or my money to be put on the rental. When the property was bought out by another company, they wouldn't give them any info. LUCKILY the new property management is helping us stay on the property, my documents to prove that I am aloud to be here. Good luck to any new applicants!

I want to give CPM a huge shout out! I sadly had to relocate but they are an amazing company to work with and work for! Melanie and James are the best and David Wright is amazing! CPM has a great crew. Highly recommend

AMAZING!! Melanie is so awesome and very helpful and James is very nice and helpful when showing me around the property today, I contacted them Tuesday and they were able to get me in something by this Friday I’m beyond happy with there service and the way they have treated my family so far especially being young renters!!!
