Covington Oaks Apartments

I really enjoyed my short 4 month stay at Covington Oaks. It had become a safe place away from my narcissistic environment and for me and my 9 yr old son during my divorce process. I’ll honestly never forget it. It was smaller than the house I moved from but to us it felt like a palace. It was relatively quiet and the location is nice next to my work. I’m deeply heart broken to have to move and I don’t even have tears left to cry but I know God is watching over us. This is not the worst thing that could happen. Brooke & Taylor are great to talk to and very fair when going through a difficult situation. I would highly recommend this place.

I absolutely loved living in Covington Oaks. I moved for work but would’ve stayed here for a long time if I could have. The apartment was spacious, amazing layout, quiet and the staff was so great to work with. They were always quick to respond and the maintenance staff did great work when needed. As a female living alone, I felt extremely safe in this complex. And having it be dog friendly was an added perk. If you get the chance to live here, take it! Not to mention, the garage was big enough to fit my truck which made it easy to close the door and head inside with groceries, etc.

We absolutely love living here! My family and I have been here for over a year now and even renewed our lease for a second year. The maintenance and leasing staff are wonderful! During the tornados, we were left without power for over a week. The leasing staff was kind enough to open an empty apartment so we could shower, warm up food, and warm ourselves. The neighbors we have are absolutely wonderful. The apartments are very spacious and very reasonably priced. We won’t be leaving anytime soon!

Have lived here for a little over 3 years and love this property. My apartment is beautiful and spacious with a connected garage—bonus! The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently, even on weekends. The grounds are beautifully kept, with lots of green space for furry friends. And the location can’t be beat, close to town and campus.

Brooke and Taylor were extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect place! They were always available by phone to answer questions and over the top professional in every way! The maintenance crew is top notch and always quick to respond and resolve even the smallest concerns. The grounds are very maintained, kept clean & even has a bonus dog park. We are 100% satisfied and would, actually have, highly recommended this place to several people. I promise you won’t regret moving to Covington Oaks.
