Courtside Gardens Apartments

I loved it here. Everyone was so kind. Yes, the building is old but they are definitely making improvements. Anything that I needed to be fixed. It was fixed. I have no complaints. This has been the most quiet complex I have ever lived in. The property manager Elizabeth is amazing. She helped me so much! I recommend living here if you like peace and quiet.

I really enjoy living here, it's quiet and peaceful. The apartments have gotten renovated. All new flooring and all the appliances work. The parking situation is amazing not to mention its gated. Laundry unit is also very easy to use, all thru an app. Greatest part is rent here is affordable. Owners are here every weekend fixing up the place. Oh! and theres a pool that is kept 100% clean.

TL;DR:Trash apartments, even trashier management. Apartments are old with dust filled carpets. A/C and heater only in living room and don't reach anywhere else. Constant roaches during summer even after spraying. Loud trains constantly idling nearby. Debbie is never in the office, even at office hours, can't be reached by call, will constantly lie on you. Don't expect help from the owner Martha either. Super passive aggressive and tries to act like there's nothing she can do, without actually trying to help you. Doesn't care to help, only wants your money. Do yourself a favor and save a headache by looking elsewhere.

The walls are super thin, so you would think that you would have considerate neighbors. Unfortunately, I think I lucked out this time around. I am in a unit below noisy neighbors that likes to play loud music late a night through the early mornings. What makes my situation even worse is they do so consistently on the week days, which sucks for someone who has a full time job that has to get up early in the am. Despite leaving a note on their door requesting to keep the noise level down, they continue. Notify the property manager you say? Haha. I did that and the response I received is "I will follow through as necessary ". As if blaring music late at night through the early mornings isn't necessary enough to respond. Beautiful neighbor to live in. These apartments are poorly managed and have mold in the apartments that management just trys to cover up instead of cleaning it up. Someone I know that lived here got very sick due to mold exposure here in these apartments and lmade it known to the management but they just covered it up.
