Courtenay Lesniak - Realtor

Courtenay was very nice personable but not knowledgeable. She brought her mom with her on several occasions who I assuming is her "team lead". Most of the conversations in the beginning were with her mom rather then her, Things that we ask for her to get or find out for us from the start were never fulfilled. Communication was poor at best, you could call 2-3 times and not get a call back until late at night or the next day, same with texts. When things were asked about he property the answer was the sellers are POA and know nothing about the property. There was never any attempt to find out anything, I made calls to the sellers to get information that she could have done. The sellers were POA but a son and grandson and there mom who lived there for years was able to answer a lot of quest
