The apartment I was shown was filthy. Toilet full of feces. Carpet was disgusting. Most of the screens on the windows are missing. Going up the stairs it was gross and filthy. The exterior door is just a simple wood door, no deadbolt. Very unsafe. Walking around the building a couple tenants had bedbug spray bottles beside their doors. 😬 The laundry room, the inside of the washers were orange from the water. So we're the showers and sinks. Holes in the walls. Only nice thing about this place is that is was in the country. Nice location. At the same time you need to think about your safety.

Run down, not taken care of. Just all around not clean and good to look at. I went to help a friend move out and I was disgusted with the conditions of things. I also saw so many issues with the maintenance system (or lack thereof) and how serious issues were never addressed. Ac units are all falling apart and rusted, storm doors have no glass or screens, bugs and webs and wasps nests everywhere on stair cases, dirty stairs that look like theyve never been vacuumed, outside walls/halls/stairwells disgusting and dirty also look like they've never been cleaned. I could keep going. The water is disgusting and smells like eggs and is slimy. Drain system was horrendous. Toilet wasn't even attached to floor... just horrible and to hear people are paying nearly 700 a month for 1 bed apartments in

Decent location. Management has been terrible forever. Not maintained. Could hardly care less about tenants once they get you moved in. Over a month with no heat in dead of winter. Better than being homeless.

These apartments are not worth the low price. When I moved in I paid up front for the damage deposit, the remaining week of the current month, and the next month's rent. When I was shown the room, the past tenants belongings were still present, and the room filthy. I told the manager I did not need to move in until the start of the next month and would appreciate the room being cleaned before I arrived. I paid roughly $180 for that week that I did not live in the apartment. I gave him that week to clean it. When I got there to begin moving my stuff in, the room was in the exact same condition, except there were unfinished drinks in the fridge and it newly smelled of cigarettes. Lived here for 3 years, initially it was very nice. However, new owners literally are convicts who let prison buddy's live there for free. Last year me and my wife lived there our apartment was broken into along with 2 other apartments, cars were broken into, and loud music was played literally all night. STAY AWAY!!!!
