Jovon is the absolute best ! She is super helpfully and has made my move so easy. Antonio in maintance is so knowledgeable and is always right there when you need something fixed. Since you guys took over the property, things have been so much better making it a really enjoyable experience!

at the end of the year of 2024 after I got flooded out of my house I went here and discussed applying for an apartment with one of the leasing agents. I went over my finances and my credit and also went over why I had lower credit and the leasing agent told me that that would not affect my application because I made enough money to live there. After applying and paying a bunch of nonrefundable fees I was then denied and every time I called them they ignored my calls and wouldn't return any of my voicemails. This place is literally a scam and took advantage of me in a time where I absolutely had nothing and was homeless sleeping on people's couches. This apartment complex should be ashamed of themselves

Since I moved here I have had nothing but positives. The place is really nice and the management has been great. I actually won a TV for the holidays from them. You can’t beat that in a place to stay.

They told me they were going to refund me my deposit back, they checked my apartment and said nothing will be charged. They charged me $989 for shit I didn’t even broke and I even cleaned the whole apartment and still they charged me a cleaning fee and also they can’t even spell my name right

Great location easy application process and even better staff! The apartments are cozy and the community is quiet.
