After 5 years of living here I’m honestly give it two stars. No real security landscaping people are lazy no cameras, car break-ins if you park in the guest parking all night they will steal your cat The laundry mat is close I’m still paying for it and the tennis court is close still paying for it the owners honestly don’t care about this place where is my money going to? would not recommend.

I hate visiting over here. If you parking visitor parking, they are gonna bust your windows out. They did the whole parking lot 2 days in a row! What the complex do? Nothing. Visitor parking used to be unmarked in individual lots, not anymore. Stray cats are also a problem and they aren't fixed so they mark your cars every day all day. They mark by your doors also. So it stinks alot. I'd never move over here and I hate visiting over here. Something needs to be done by the owners ASAP!

I moved in for a 7 month lease to get to know the area....worst place ever! Someone was allegedly raped in the laundry room, a drug dealer next door brought in high flow of traffic of more undesirables, management doesn't enforce the rules (e.g. designated parking (good luck!), pit bulls run wild, and no community security monitoring as promised. Lastly, but not the end of my complaints, my car was broken into which sealed the deal for our departure. Over-priced, run down and unsafe community. Stay away!

New owner here .... came to the pool on the 4th of July only to be informed the freaking pool is closing early cause it's a holiday!! REALLY??? WTF - sucks. I guess since most of the owners here rent their units out they don't give a damn but I live here and own my unit and I'M PISSED OFF!!

I've been living here since May and I'm buying my condo and I may rent it out in the future but I was blessed to have one of the newly remodeled ones I don't have any problem!!! (Yeah and ghetto is what you make it I don't understand that word) Lol
