Country Village Apartments

I've been living here over a year now. Very quiet and peaceful place, good neighbors. The office ladies are great! Maintenence is on point! I would recommend County Village to anyone.

If I was basing this solely on the staff here, this would easily be a 5 star review. The people that work here are great, problems get resolved really quickly and the area and property are pretty nice. However, living downstairs, you are at a pretty high flood risk during hurricanes and lately the rent seems to jump a lot every year when it used to stay pretty steady. But the area feels quite safe and every single staff member is fantastic!

My family has lived here for almost 5 years, we haven’t left cause it’s a great community! You get what you pay for, it’s not overpriced and the staff is awesome! Our office staff is kind and respectful! Maintenance is quick when fixing work orders! The location is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to live in Beaumont but not be to far!

I love this place. The staff is absolutely amazing and so is the maintenance team. They actually care about their tenants and treat everyone like family. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live. If I could give 10 stars I would! The negative reviews you see on here are typical people who can’t pay rent and are negative when they get evicted.
