Country Park Apartments

Just wanted to come on and write a review. I am not a current resident but I was looking into and am still considering country park apartments as my home. I called and Spoke with Keeana and she was very kind to answer all the questions I Had for her. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I walked away from our conversation feeling very confident that I received all the needed information to make my future home decision.

Did not have a good experience renting from this company. When I moved in, they neglected to tell me about the pest problem that was occurring in the building. The building I lived in was infested with German cockroaches. I’ve seen roaches in the main hallway, my neighbors had them, and I had them. The roaches were in my kitchen and bathroom. This company chose to bait the units over and over which would help for a little bit. The bugs would go away for a while. Each time they would renovate another unit, suddenly the bugs came back. This went on for the entire two years I lived here. With how much rent is being charged, I expect better!! They wanted to raise my rent to over $1000 at the end. These are not luxury units. My unit was not updated like some are. Maintenance requests are also

Stopped in to get the lowdown on apartments and was happily surprised at the professionalism that the office women showed me. Several other people stopped in while I was there and they were shown the same courteousness that I encountered. Being the first impression of Country Park, they did really well!

I lived at Country Park Apartments for three years till choosing to relocate out of state. My five star rating is subjective based on my experiences, but I'd like to highlight my opinions of the pros and cons of living here. First and foremost, Kelsey and Jenn are a majority of the reason why I enjoyed living here. Kelsey is the property manager and has been in charge during my entire residence here. Jenn works in leasing and replaced someone I also enjoyed working with. I’ve heard mixed opinions on Midwest Rents which manages this complex, among other apartment complexes, but the exposure I’ve had with the personnel at this location (including maintenance) I have nothing bad to say about. These individuals are extremely pleasant to work with. They’re professional, prudent, and respectful

I lived in Country Park almost 4 years! Never had any issues with any staff or maintenance. I loved the area being close to almost everything. I kept the place clean and didn't damage anything and got 99% of my security deposit back when I moved out. Anytime I needed something fixed they took care of it fast. The only issues I have came across was lack of parking for guests and the pool got packed on the weekends. The reason I left you say?? I moved in with my girlfriend and wanted a dish washer.
