The only thing I'll say is that everyone in that office is awful. Don't believe their pretty faces while they're trying to get you to sign a contract. They rent apartments infested with bedbugs and cockroaches. I've already reported them to the city and I hope they soon receive fines for renting unsanitary properties and taking advantage of people

My parents have been living here since 2010. They have gotten over the age of 75 and continue to try to handle things on their own. Unfortunately they neglected to inform the staff of a few maintenance requests. Elizabeth the leasing agent asked me to write a list on what needed to be fixed. Let me just say it was over 5 things that needed attention. They all are completed with the exception of one because a faucet had to be ordered. It's really a blessing to have staff that do their job with a smile

I've lived here for a total of four years in two separate units. Owners were Zidan and now it's Vanrooy. I don't know whose worse. These past couple of years I have had to deal with the inconsistent and non-responsive staff...now we have new Property managers and it being my first time meeting them today, I will conclude that they are rude and unprofessional. Not going to renew my lease, that's the icing on the cake.

Was a resident from May 2021-October 2023. Rent was affordable and the apartment was spacious as well. However during our time here our water heater closet flooded our downstairs often with sewer water and there was never a consistent fix. Maintenance constantly entered the apartment without permission for non emergency fixes. As someone who works from home this was an absolute privacy violation. Our cars were ransacked on multiple occasions so parking lot cameras do nothing. Ventilation in the bathrooms are horrible our upstairs bathroom constantly had mold even with us cleaning it everyday and showering with the window open and vent on. It was just painted over and no real solution was provided once again. Our downstairs toilet constantly overflowed even if there was nothing in it and th

I love working with manager Sara. She is awesome. She does whatever she can to assist tenants with concerns. When I submit any repair needs, they are remedied promptly. She definitely does everything within her control to make your stay here a wonderful experience.
