Country Gardens Apartments

I had a wonderful, delightful and easy application and approval process at these apartments. The community manager Ashley made sure I had everything that I needed, answered all my questions and filled in the gaps. I am very pleased, thanks so much.

Ashley is always ready to assist in anything needed. There were a lot of bumps while the ownership was changing. But Ashley has helped in any way needed without hesitation. Thank you Ashley for all that you do! You work so hard and it is noticed!

We have new management and I now have to call every month to have "insurance charges" removed that they added without my permission or me signing anything.

These are older apartments but they are clean, comfortable, quiet & safe. The office manager Carolyn is the best. She is good at her job, makes sure everything is taken care of, she is really sweet & super friendly. The maintenance man Ricky is cool, friendly and knows how to fix about everything. These apartments are 2 bedroom 1 bath. Have washer/dryer hookups & for the price you can't beat it. Landscaping is done about once a week and they do a good job. I don't ever see bugs in my apartment. Pest control comes once a month. I have no complaints about anything here. I am happy, comfortable and always feel safe & secure here. I love my apartment!!
