Country Club Apartments

Would definitely not recommend living here, I did for 4 years and had the whole 2nd floor dealing with maggots where todd (landlord) said “it’s my day off,” black mold in bathroom & on the roof of outside walkways to which Both Todd & Schuyler (property manager) denied it was harmful and Schuyler actually said “humans need mold to live,” there is never parking & other tenants will vandalize your car and Todd will knowingly not do anything, the place was build so long ago that I’m convinced the mold is throughout the entire property. Nothing is fixed until you pester Todd for weeks about it. The laundry room gets infested with bugs regularly. There is so much more, I ended up having to use my lawyer & compile a photo album of all my proof because they attempted to keep my deposit after deal

Rudest person in Santa Barbara, he yelled at me that he only showed up the vacancy by appointment. I was there office hours, he wasn’t around. Wait for him 40 minutes outside the office. Then he showed up at 12:00pm at the office he claimed that he was at his lunch break at that moment and that I didn’t have an appointment, but the only problem was that he yelled that at me 3 to 4 times while I was apologizing and trying to setup an appointment. I just ran out of the place meanwhile the gardeners apologized for his behavior. One tenant was there walking around with his 5 months old grandson next to the office and not even that prevented him to yell at me. Like I said, rudest man in Santa Barbara.

Todd is an awesome manager. Will really work on anything you need in a timely manner, and is SUPER nice and understanding. The apartments are for the most part nice. You won't get a resort style living, but the apartment is nice for the price you pay.

Complex is great because the on site property manager (Todd) is great. Good value for what you get. All maintenance requests handled instantly. Quiet, organized, well run. Landscaping is really nice, too.
