Country Club Apartments

My wife and I lived here from 2022 until 2025, and we mostly enjoyed our stay here. Robin Ford is a great property manager, and person. She is down to earth, and a pleasure to deal with. This place is for you if you enjoy peace and quiet in your home surroundings. It is very pet friendly, although my wife and I did not keep pets, many others here do. It is safe, and kids play throughout the complex without worry. Apartment size is what would be considered cozy. They are basic bare bones apartments, you get what you pay for. There are no in - complex amenities, but there is plenty of free parking. If you are looking for a safe, quiet, basics, comfortable home for 1,2 or at most 3 people on a budget ,in the suburbs, then this place may be worth considering.

Keep looking. Nothing is ever fixed here and if it is it takes months -if it’s fixed at all. I feel for the senior citizens in here that can’t get around they just shut down the laundry with zero notice. No one was even notified. People are afraid to report things broken because the tenant is always blamed for the problem. But if you’re into mold and terrible drainage then this is the place for you!!!!!!

This place is full of scammers!! Beware! They don't protect their property from theft which allowed someone to steal elderly residents rent money orders!!! And then have the audacity to inform these elderly residents that's it's their fault! No accountability do not rent here...

The quality of management has plummeted lately here with firings of maintenance, lack of response for damages caused on location by lack of maintenance, release of sensitive information to tenants about other tenants, no care to correct dangerous conditions unless forced to by an outside entity, etc.The list of issues here do not justify the cost.

Place is covered in tobacco stains and electric outlets stop working all of a sudden. Don't rent from here.
