Country Brook Rental Condominiums

I chose Countrybrook for the park like setting, walking my dog, amenities, and location- close to work. What I found in my 3.5 years of living here, was a place to call home and community of friendly people, families, children and a staff that cares about their residents. Office and maintenance staff are kind, helpful and responsive. Recently retired, I will be moving out of San Ramon to be closer to my family. Please consider Countrybrook if you’re looking for a new home.

Moving into this place was truly easy and effortless. The people who run it are honest, kind, and—most importantly—Christians who fear the Lord. Their emails even say things like, “We love that you’re here.” No property management has ever done that before—not even my sister, and she was a property manager herself and an extremely kind one. But these people go beyond kind; they are genuinely courteous. That kind of sincerity is rare these days, especially in the housing industry. The neighbors are just as sweet. They don’t nag about noise or complain; everyone smiles and greets you warmly. It’s such a peaceful and welcoming community. The assistant manager woman is so rude, argumentative, blaming residents, just plain nasty. Kept arguing with me over the phone when I called, when I reached, when I tried getting information. Ugh! Why is she employed? She's blaming for making online appointment, then calling her. She literally said it's your fault for making online appointment, which they provide. On top of that, this complex uses online portals for appointments but doesn't eovide their policies so if you're driving here for viewing, call first. Better yet, DON'T.

i recently moved on and it's been a fairly positive experience. The community amenities are decent, with [like pool, gym, park]. The neighborhood is generally clean and safe. However, there are some areas for improvement. like deep cleaning of the apartments and replacement of the kitchen stuff. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
