Cougar Court Apartments

Update: Carter in the front office has been very helpful throughout this whole process. If this review was just for his customer service, it'd be 5 stars. We're just very disappointed in how the apartment has handled everything. *WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL RENTERS* When we first moved in, the apartment was not in good shape, the baseboards and walls were all banged up and dirty, a weird black powder on the counters, the drawers and cupboard were all scraped up on the inside and some on the outside. When we moved in we ended up doing a lot of cleaning, but it didnt bother me too much because I enjoy cleaning and was so excited to have an apartment, even if it was beat up and dingy. If Google ever comes out with the ability to rate a place as zero stars I’ll definitely come back and update this review. Unethical owners and management company. They made me feel like they only cared about siphoning as much money as they could from me and truly made me feel like they didn’t care about me as a resident. I rented from this property for two years and from the management company for three, and despite all that time with them, when I had to move out for a job, they managed to turn an exciting change in my life, into one of my worst experiences ever with moving out of an apartment. It’s a shame I invested three years of my life with this management company and two years at this property.

Very negative experience, Axiom property management is a joke. Moved here when we first got married and were naive and broke enough to think this was a good apartment complex. The apartments and facilities are very subpar. Our apartment was filthy when we moved in. We had our neighbors hot water heater explode and leak water everywhere causing a mold problem. The management basically ignored us until they finally sent some guy to paint over the mold without actually fixing the problem. Parking lots are never plowed, and you can hear the neighbors banging every night….. 0/10.

We lived here for 1 year and loved it. I don't get why there are so many bad reviews. We never had any problems with management while living there. Not the nicest apartments in the area, but for the price for a 2 bedroom apartment it's awesome! The only negative thing I have to say is that we've been moved out for a month now and haven't gotten our security deposit back. I reached out and they said it got approved but got lost in the system so I'm not too happy about that. Overall, I would recommend living here though.

Axiom Properties are TERRIBLE to work with. They will fine you without any reason, their prices continue to keep increasing. We lived there 2 years and have nothing but bad reviews for Axiom as the management. The people working in both offices are horrible to work with. The apartment is out dated. I would recommend anywhere before moving here. It was truly terrible. If yo have a ESA pet it is absolutely a joke, you can only let them go potty on a square rock patch of 4 X 4. When it came to maintenance it was horrible. In the middle of summer, it took them 4 WEEKS to fix our AC. It was terribly hot and we had no way to cool down. We called 3 times everyday and never got anyone, and when we finally did they never had a answer as to why they had not come yet. Then our hot water went out and
