Continue to go through multiple office staff, company itself doesn’t care about seniors one example is my mother in law laying in bed in the hospital on her deathbed we get a call because they’re worried about the rent being late. Nit pick every single thing upon move out including moving out the furniture so they can charge ridiculous amounts because seniors can not clean their own light bulb fixtures on the ceiling and can’t move out all the appliances to clean under and behind them. Out of the deposit and half a months rent even after I paid out of my own acct. to have carpets professionally cleaned and had family cleaners come in that wasn’t good enough and basically out of $1000 got a check for $100. They don’t care! They don’t notify emergency contacts if a 70 year old is on the floo

My best friend lives here and she loves it , I love it ! The apartments are gorgeous and modern . Beautiful Quartz countertops ! spacious and roomy . She says the manager is very friendly and attentive . The apartments are made well so no noise issues . The residents seem like one big family and are always having holiday events or dinners. She feels safe and very at home here .

Grandparents live here, there have been issues but overall great!
