I’ve been living at Cottage State Multifamily for about three years now, and my experience has been truly great. The property is well maintained, and the overall community feels safe, comfortable, and welcoming. I especially want to recognize the management team. The manager Mr Marcos and the assistant community manager, Camille Trotter, are both extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond and very supportive. Their professionalism and positive attitude really make a difference and show how much they care about the residents. I truly appreciate everything they do and would highly recommend Cottage State Multifamily to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Camile Trotter, She was outstanding and having a great behavior conversation with us when we got to the office for filling out the paperwork work for our re-recertification application i really proud of her and happy having her here at the office. And the property Manager Marcos is such a great person and maintained the property well. I highly recommend anyone who looking for a great place to live.

I just want to say how welcoming this place is. My mom came into the office looking for an affordable senior home, and we were blown away by the kindness shown to her. Camille, the Assistant Manager, greeted her with a smile, offered her water, and patiently walked us through everything. She gave us multiple resources, explained how to apply, and even showed us how to navigate the company website. Marcos, the Manager, was also incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. You can tell he leads his team well, and together they create a truly positive environment. We haven’t applied to a USA property yet, but after this experience, we will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

I’ve had a great experience living at Cottage Estates. The apartment manager, Marcos, and his assistant Camille are always professional, kind, and very helpful. They respond quickly to any questions or concerns and truly care about the residents. I also want to give a special shout-out to the maintenance team—Michael and Mal and all the others. They are amazing. They are always quick, respectful, and do their work with great quality. Every time I’ve needed something fixed, they came right away and made sure everything was done properly.

Absolutely The property office provides excellent service. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. They explain everything clearly and make the process of finding or managing a home much easier. The office is clean, organized, and very welcoming.
