DO NOT RENT HERE… first and foremost, the living here was amazing maintenance was always on point when putting a work order also loveeee the office staff !. for the time being of me living here for two years but as I leave I gave a 30 day notice which I was supposed to give a 60 day notice. (Totally understand) the 1900 part.cool I sow that seed. But fast Forward to the actual last bill they charge me an extra 1100. Which is for cleaning , stove top, things like that in fine print. When I know for sure I clean my apartment from top to bottom (took my time to even clean out the oven) for a week straight soaking it with vinegar dish dishwashing Liquid and baking soda ). it smelled like bleach and Fabuloso . It’s been good! Really love my apartment, spacious for a 1 bedroom. The staff here is great, Gabby helped me tour the space and get moved in the same weekend I looked at the apartment. Everyone at the desk is super awesome to talk to (Kayla, Chauncey, Jennifer), Gym’s great, community is good. All around excellent living space and staff 👍

Maintenance is on the ball. We have had several requests and they are always there very promptly. Within 24 hours. Gabby has been very accomodating, friendly and inviting in the office. She has always been prompt to the requests of my wife. We have had a great experience living here!

Nice apartments. Keila was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the leasing process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they care about their work and about residents. I stayed here for eight months and generally enjoyed the property; the living experience itself was good. However, be cautious regarding the move-out process. Even though the appliances are refurbished when you move in, management expects them to be returned in "brand-new" condition. I was overcharged for cleaning despite the normal wear and tear. Prospective residents should factor these strict cleaning expectations into their decision.
