The location and the home is super nice BUT the price is not worth it. They charge utilities for the complex but the pool has been closed for a year more they say they are fixing it but the pool is directly behind me and I have only seen them standing in the pool area maybe 4 times since they closed it. They are not making it a priority for the tenants. Instead they want us to go to another complex. They charge for pest control But they never show when requested, all the office about it they tell you to put work order in. When I signed my first lease I was told I would be placed on a monthly visit list not once have they came. But I put a work order in for faulty smoke detector’s and it took weeks for them to come to fix it. So that showed that my safety isn’t their concern. I had to keep

Please DOOOO NOT live here, worst experience ever. The pricing is ridiculous for what they give you, I lived here for only a week and my car got stolen and my doors were locked, they make u pay for electricity for the pool which is mad stupid, I didn’t even receive my pool keys so I never used it, I tried to get my keys but I was told I didn’t need one but yet I couldn’t enter it, you pay 5$ for pest control which let me tell you, not once did I see them come to spray and I was home everyday, I still had bugs, I had put maintenance request when I first got moved in and never blinds never got fixed same with my closet door, my blinds ended up breaking even living there for a yr they still didn’t get fixed.

Jonathan from the maintenance team was fantastic! He was visiting from Tucson to support the Cortland Belmar community for the week and provided truly memorable service. He was friendly, responsive, and even fulfilled my request for a new toilet the very next day.

I just want to give a big thank you to Jonathan ☺️and Bill from the service team! They’re always super friendly, quick to help, and do a great job every time. You can tell they really care about the residents and take pride in what they do. It’s always such a relief knowing they’re around to help out—they really make living here that much better!

Zach and Mark were very professional and pleasant. Work orders are always done in a timely manner.
