Coronado Apartments

I've lived here going on 6 years with my 2 sons and I can't say enough positive things about this complex and the people who work here. From day 1 I have dealt with Mrs Tina and she has always been amazing to us. Ernesto and Robert are the best maintenance men you will find. Once a work order is put in they are on it. The grounds are always kept up. Townhomes are spacious and love having a garage. Being a single mom I have always felt safe in the complex. The playground is cute for littles. Pay your rent and don't start no trouble and this will be one of the best places you have lived.

Great place to live! The neighborhood feels safe, peaceful, and well-maintained, with friendly neighbors that make it even more welcoming. Tina, the manager, is wonderful — she’s attentive and genuinely cares about the residents. You can tell she takes pride in keeping the community running smoothly. The maintenance team is dependable and quick to handle any requests. I’m so happy to be living here!

Love living here! It’s so quiet and peaceful. Never had a problem with maintenance or the front office. They always offer fun activities for the kids at no cost. I see why it’s always a waiting list because who would want to move from here lol. Great place to live and raise your children!!

They was good until Ms Sevier left because Tina is nothing like Ms Sevier … people moving out by the dozen.. how I be seeing U-hauls around here.. I mean the office is more close than open .. disrespectful..They painting the apt that share the same roof as me for two days now didn’t let me know to get a room or offer to pay for a room for me n my disabled kids , and they paint from morning to night n they there today at 6:46 me n my kids got stand outside open windows be uncomfortable until they get done painting and paint dye for more days.. I never been late on my rent never cause no problem move here From Arkansas to suppose to be move in ready n it was not and now pay my rent faithfully on the 26th every month for the next month I’m very uncomfortable n I shouldn’t be.. Where do I even start? Horrible customer service. I had to fill out an application approximately 3 times. The waiting list application said that the application fee was $25, when I went to “officially” apply, the application suddenly increased to $50. At the first visit, even after making this appointment with Tina to complete the forms, Tina was conveniently not in office. I was met with someone else. Though this lady was friendly, she was not the most helpful when it came to completing the forms and answering my questions. Therefore, I was called back in to correct forms.
