I was prompted to review this brand based on their poor lack of judgement. In an effort to preserve the image of their property, they recently asked one of their tenants to remove a Ukrainian flag. Living in a time when democracy is at risk, begs the question of where their priorities lie as an organization. Please take this into account when making a decision about housing, and where your recurring monthly payments go.

My family and I rented a property from them (also go by HL Rentals LLC). After paying rent on time, never received any citations or complaints, we were all of a sudden told they were going in a different direction with the rental and told to leave. Our lease had expired, we were literally in the middle of signing. We were told a super was going to move in. The day after we moved out, literally 9 hours later, property was on Trulia and it was for rent at $100 more than what we were paying. As you can see by the 24 pics, we left property in pristine condition. This, in the middle of the pandemic. Pregnant mom with 2 children, no reason given.
