I am writing this as a serious warning to families considering this community, especially those with children. The most alarming issue is safety. I do not feel comfortable allowing my children to play outside due to repeated incidents involving unsupervised and aggressive behavior. Children are frequently roaming the property without adult supervision, using excessive profanity, and engaging in threatening conduct. I have personally experienced situations that required police reports, including an incident where children physically assaulted my child and stole minor groceries. I had been on the hunt for an apartment for several months…I toured multiple complexes. Finding a nice quality apartment in a safe area that’s affordable is pretty much impossible! When I came across Cornerstone I was pleasantly surprised, shocked & impressed. Brand new quality, safe area and reasonably priced…a tad bit out of my price range but it checked all the boxes so I went for it! The application process was simple and the approval process was quick. The staff were amazing! They went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Maintenance is quick and extremely professional! The first couple of months were lovely but sadly as time goes on there are a few negatives…the water pressure is practically nonexistent, they are 3 story buildings and insulation wasn’t a top priori

Living here is the worst. I’ve been here about eight months. I pay my rent on time every month. My car has been broken into and vandalized I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do. They have no surveillance on my lease. I rent a garage that I thought I was paying for in my monthly bill but here it is January and I get slapped with $2000 for rent 700 for backpay on a garage that I thought I was paying for also, my dishwasher has been out for months. They’ve came up here four times even a tech has came and said everything is fine but yet it’s holding water and they’re soap on my dishes once it runs for an hour. Me and my wife lived here for 12 months. Management sucks! saw multiple and different property managers during those 12 months and none of them are professional by any means! they will slap you with un noticed bills and expect you to pay it in a few days like if you just have money laying around for random bills. kids are always playing where the cars are parked so your car will get hit and no the managers will not do anything about it. if you live on the first floor expect your neighbors to always run up and down the stairs and expect them to always be loud at night.

THE WORST WATER PRESSURE!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! Imagine someone above you peeing on you. THAT is what you will get. And that is what the apartment management will tell you that you have to live with for AN ENTIRE YEAR! The assistant management here told me that management COULD fix it for everyone in the complex, but a BOOSTER that costs 10K is too much to ask. Instead, they are happy telling residents that they will just have to get peed on for their entire lease. No need to make low income people happy I guess.
