I only was a renter for 6 months due to change in management however during that time it was a seamless experience from being shown properties to signing my lease. Wendy who asked what I was looking for did her best to match my needs. The office staff was very helpful in helping me fulfill the requirements and just like that I had a gorgeous apartment I was proud to live in. They're maintance team was impeccable. If something needed to be fixed within hours or a day at the most someone was there to fix any situation. I highly recommend Cornerstone Coastal. They know how to make what your looking for, Home. We worked with Noelia Shaw on purchasing our first home and we could not have chosen someone better. She answered any and every question we had and if she was not sure on something she would do the research to get us the right answers. Noelia was very good at listening to what we were looking for and never seemed annoyed when we changed our minds last minute. I’m extremely disappointed with Cornerstone Coastal Properties, located at 1222 SE 47th Street, Cape Coral, FL 33904. After renting from them for several years and taking good care of the property, I was shocked by how they handled my security deposit. They falsely added a plumbing charge to my move-out statement — something that was never caused by me — and are now trying to justify keeping my entire deposit. It’s been over 90 days since my move-out, and despite multiple emails and confirmation that I would receive my deposit, they have failed to return anything. This company has shown a complete lack of honesty and integrity, and I feel taken advantage of. Tenants should be aware before doing business with them. I have emails and documentation proving that their charges are not legitim
