1 star for Corcoran Centric but it should be zero. These unethical individuals are really destroying the Corcoran brand & reputation in North America. Far from being an asset, they are a terrible liability. They show a complete lack of understanding of the conditions of the economy in general, amd of the real estate market in particular. They disregard the needs of customers; they don't vet perspective buyers and/or tenants; and they are unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistakes and to apologize. Don't give them your house to sell or they will ruin the sale and undercut it by hundreds of thousands of dollars. Caroline and Jeff from Centric Property Group are the consummate professional team. Caroline was our main point of contact. From knowledge of the market, construction, initiative in tracking down information, to responsiveness and a wonderful personality to wrap it up. I recently purchased a condo unit in the Stamford CT area. My agent, Ms. Terri Terui, was extremely responsive to my requests and questions.
